What one university runs

All capabilities

Admissions, the registry, finance, teaching, and advising already share one student. You do not buy them separately and then connect them yourself.

Students and faculty

Registration, the timetable, grades, fees, and attendance live in portals people can use on a phone.

Registry and admissions

The catalog, registration windows, transcripts, applications, and offers all update the same student record.

Finance and the bursar

Invoices, aid, payment plans, and cashier receipts stay with the student. Card-processor balances stay with the processor.

People, success, and insight

HR and payroll, advising that shows why a student was flagged, and reports scoped to the person reading them.

Running the university

Roles, password rules, where student data lives, and billing. Four website designs are ready when you want a public site.

Support that stays separate

Presightful support looks after the platform. Your campus works in its own space, with its own people.

How a university starts

  1. 1

    Start as Institution Owner

The free trial is for the person who will set the university up.

  2. 2

Confirm your email and add an authenticator app

The university workspace opens after your work email is confirmed and an authenticator app is set up. Text messages and phone calls are not a way to sign in.

  3. 3

    Create the university

Name the institution, start on Standard, and choose the region where student data lives. Sovereign is coming soon.

  4. 4

Invite your team and publish the site

Staff are invited. Students and faculty sign in on your university’s own address.
