Can I create a platform staff account from this website?

No. Platform staff are invited. The free trial is for the Institution Owner who sets the university up. The steps are in the user guides.

Where do I sign in?

Institution Owners and invited platform staff sign in here. Students, faculty, and staff sign in on their university’s own address.

What if I lost my authenticator app?

Use account recovery with a ten-character recovery code. Recoveries for privileged accounts need two administrators. A forgotten password is a different path: request a reset link.

Does PRESIGHTFUL text me a login code?

No. Text messages are notifications, not a way to sign in. Institution Owners use an authenticator app.

What does Standard versus Sovereign mean?

Both prices are per enrolled student per semester. Standard is $18 and you can start today. Sovereign is $28 and is coming soon. It will add a dedicated environment, a residency commitment, audit packs, and priority support. There is no signup for Sovereign yet. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.

What will I never see in the product?

A card-processor balance, a student risk score with no explanation, or another university’s records.

What does the university get?

Students, faculty, the registry, finance, the bursar, HR, admissions, advising, university administration, the public website, and reports. They are described on the platform page.
